Redship is a sales interviewing and assessment platform that allows companies to evaluate sales candidates through AI-powered simulated sales interviews, diagnostics, and performance reports.

Redship is intended for business and professional use only.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

To use Redship, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use Redship for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or models
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform performance
• Use Redship to discriminate unlawfully or violate employment laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Redship uses artificial intelligence to generate interview simulations, diagnostics, scores, and feedback.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are advisory only
• Redship does not guarantee hiring outcomes
• Final hiring decisions are the responsibility of the customer

Redship is not liable for employment decisions made based on platform outputs.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to collect, upload, and process candidate data
• Candidates have provided consent where required

Redship processes candidate data solely to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• You retain ownership of your data and candidate submissions
• Redship retains ownership of its platform, models, scoring systems, and analytics

We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or candidate information disclosed through the Service.

Confidential information excludes information that is:

• Publicly available
• Independently developed
• Lawfully obtained from a third party

Redship is offered on a subscription basis.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payment is overdue
• Required by law

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Certain sections (e.g., confidentiality, liability) will survive termination.

All Redship trademarks, logos, software, AI models, and platform features are the exclusive property of Redship.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

Redship may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Calendly, video, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redship shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Employment decisions or candidate outcomes
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redship from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violations of these Terms
• Employment or hiring decisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
